After more than 20 years working with individuals and organisations across behaviour change, high performance, and people operations, I recognised a clear need for a practical, science- and evidence-backed tool — one that enables individuals to optimise and expand every aspect of their lives, enhancing their potential, wellbeing, and leadership.
